Exercise is proven to release endorphins causing you too feel good. Ever heard of a runners high? Well I have to say, its great. If I don't workout for more than 4 days, I feel like my brain is going to explode. Here's just a few of the many things regular exercise provides you with:

1. Less stress

2. Better body composition causing you to feel good about yourself

3. Endorphins

4. Resting heart rate decreases along with blood pressure

5. Did you know stress can decrease your life span? Exercise!!!!! Realse and reset yourself.
