1. You run at the hotel fitness center. The fitness centers at hotels always seem to be empty, but you are there running your heart out.
2. A vacation is not the time to relax for you. Your still running 9am, 10am, maybe before your dinner on the beachside. You gotta get your run in!
3. You get giddy when someone starts talking about running. "Omg you run too! Yay! How far? Whats your average time? We should run together! (Not really)"
4. If you go more than a few days without running, mentally...you start to fall apart.
5. You've been busy all day, but 11pm sounds like the perfect time to run 4 miles.
6. People want to join you in your runs...but you say, "Running is my "me time" and I like to run alone." In all reality, you know they won't keep up.
7. You over use a tendon from running too much. Then you cry and wither away because you have to take 6 weeks off but you truly mentally can't, so you walk and do booty workouts.
8. Before you move to a new house or apartment, they HAVE to have a 24/7 gym facility.
9. You don't think you are addicted to running until you tell someone you ran 3 miles this morning. Then they call you crazy...and your like, "But I'm really not, that is just normal for me!"
10. On your break at work, you might just start jogging in place. Maybe for 5 minutes, then you see a customer and act like you weren't just working out and try to breath. "Welcome to Pizza Hut, would you like a booth or a table?"
